Home Sweet Home

Well, it is Sunday Aug. 23 and we are down to Thomas being the only puppy here at our house, and of course, he is the one who will be part of our family. Bowser found his new family on Friday. He went to a great family who also has a great love for (and experience with) Weimaraners. Brodie got his new family yesterday and is going to have a great friend and companionship. I am so grateful to all of the families who took part in our puppies lives and accepted them into their homes! Thank you all so much!

I was out watching the puppies last night (8-16-09) and just had to get the camera. They were ALL playing with each other. You couldn't see Hallie because she was playing with the cuffs of my pants and my son behind me. The boys and Sadie were all out front having a blast. They continued on, but I figured I had taped long enough! Sorry for all the background noise!

Good Bye Hallie!

Well, Miss Hallie got to go to her new home today! We are very excited that she too has found a good family. It was like fate that she got to go to this home too :). They had wanted her from the very beginning and it finally worked out that she gets to be theirs now! She will be missed very much by me. She has been my very favorite since she was born.

Brodie- He was so funny to watch last night. He wanted to play with everyone! If one sibling wasn't playing, he would go on to the next one. He even got Sadie playing a few times!

I think Brodie got bit by a mesquito or something!
Bowser has liked the tennis ball since he was first able to walk. He would carry it around in his mouth even when it was bigger than him!

Bowswer is looking very curiously at the camera!

Bosley is with his new family!

Well, Mr. Bosley got to go home to his new family yesterday! We are very excited because he is going to a great family and I believe will have a great life! He too is going to be spoiled (actually, I think he is being spoiled at this current moment!). Miss Hallie, Big Brodie, and Little Bowser are still waiting for their families. There are 3 families coming today and hopefully we will be able to place the remaining 3 with great families as well :) It has been just a little bit easier to keep up with the little ones now that I am down to four, but it is also weird to feed so few of them and not have 7 little friends running in and through the house at the same time.

Leaving The Nest

I don't think I have ever posted a contact email! If you are interested in any of the remaining 3, please email me at s_n_williams@hotmail.com or call 205-681-4426! Sorry about that!

It is REALLY hard to get a picture with all of these kids looking at your. This was the best family photo we could get without one moving out of the picture. Look at those beautiful, blue eyes!

The puppies are enjoying a meal on the hill. Well, all except the two that would rather play. They are also the two biggest ones, so they might be done and want to get some play in before their nap. Miss Ellie, the very first one on the right at the bottom of the hill, was the second one to leave the nest. She is also going to a very fun family that will play a lot with her and show her lots of love too!

I thought this was adorable. The puppies all climbed the little hill after breakfast. I looked outside and couldn't see them. Then, all of the sudden, there they were by the fence. I thought they looked so pretty against the wood fence.
The puppies were cleared today by the vet, so their new families were notified and so happy to get their new additions!

Sassie was the first one to leave today :(. I am sad but I know she is going to a great family. She will be spoiled and well taken care of!

This is one tired crowd! This was taken a couple of nights ago shortly after dinner. Just like a newborn baby, once their tummies are full, they hit the sac!

Thomas must have had a REALLY great meal and is OUT COLD!

Here's another shot of the sleeping gray babies!
Just to prove it, they don't sleep all of the time. They actually play with each other A LOT. They really like the toy rope and tennis balls. That is, if they can't find each other. I will often just watch them play because it is so fun.

There is only one little boy left now! I think we have found some very good families for our puppies to go to and I am sure we will find one for our last puppy! I am not sure which of the boys will be left at this time, but regardless of which one it is, they are all adorable and fun puppies! I should know by Monday evening which little one is left, so keep checking!
